Omotola Tunde Rhema
CEO, TRLH
Tunde Rhema is a global leadership strategist, mental health advocate, and founder of TRLeadershipHub (TRLH) – a hub for Leadership, Investment, Lifestyle, and Technology. He supports organizations like Cerca Africa and Risk Guard Consulting (Europe) in strategy, communication, and mental health systems.
As founder of Mental Health x Faith, Tunde promotes the integration of faith and professional therapy. A certified expert in Emotional Intelligence and Workplace Mental Health, he is pursuing a Master’s in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Tunde has trained leaders from organizations such as CBN, NNPC, NASENI, and CIPE (UK) and authored books including Don’t Waste Your Waiting, #TRanquil, and Mind Spa.

Terhemba Tsepav
Terhemba Tsepav is a seasoned Accounting, Finance, and Tax Consultant with extensive experience in tax advisory, audit, compliance, financial reporting, and business growth strategy. An MBA Candidate, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Practitioner, and Certified Data Analyst, he brings over a decade of expertise across Tech, FMCG, Professional Services, and Multinational Construction sectors.
He is the Founder and Partner at Cruz Wise Consulting and Lead Facilitator at Cruz Wise Academy, where he empowers businesses with tax and accounting tech solutions while mentoring the next generation of professionals across Africa.
Renowned for his precision and integrity, Terhemba is passionate about helping businesses cut taxes legally, simplify finance, ensure compliance, and achieve sustainable growth.

Bobby Joachim is a highly regarded People and Organization Development Consultant renowned for his expertise in leveraging Cultural Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence to inspire transformative shifts to individuals and institutions.
With a distinguished fellowship at the National Institute of Policy & Strategic Studies (NIPSS), he is often affectionately referred to as ‘The Godfather’.
Bobby Joachim spearheads the delivery of cutting-edge training and coaching services to diverse sectors including finance, healthcare, education, logistics, real estate, creative industries and hospitality.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Bobby Joachim serves as an Associate Pastor at the New Covenant Church, Jos Centre.
